These Terms govern your use of Petick and any related services provided by Petick.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using the app, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using Petick.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide and for maintaining the security of your device and account.

You must not use Petick in a way that violates applicable law, infringes rights, or attempts to harm the service.

3. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Billing

Premium features are offered through in-app purchases handled by Apple App Store and Google Play Store billing systems.

Prices, billing periods, and trial availability are shown before purchase. Renewals and cancellations are managed through your store account settings.

Except where required by law, all purchases are final and refunds are managed by the applicable store policy.

4. License and Permitted Use

Petick grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from Petick unless expressly permitted by law.

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of your activity names, notes, and other content entered in the app.

You grant Petick a limited license to process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You must not submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We may update features, fix issues, or modify parts of the service to maintain quality, compliance, or security.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on all devices at all times.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Petick is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petick is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Petick liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Petick at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by applicable consumer and contract law in the jurisdiction where services are provided, unless mandatory local law states otherwise.
